The year is nearly over and I am finishing it on a high note. A fabulous baby goat for xmas lunch which I served with a delicious, spicy biryani rice not to mention the foie gras that my lovely friend Jerome made for our starters and a marvelous stay by the sea for the new year.
The next time I will be roasting a baby goat is in February, for the first of my 2012 Arab supper club nights. Unfortunately, I will not have Jerome to help me carve it but I will make sure it is as beautiful as my xmas baby with the same tiny testicles which I will not offer to anyone. Having tried them, I can vouch for the fact that, unlike other baby foodstuffs, they are not good at all. Just delicate and pretty to look at!
