Even though I have been too busy recently to post regularly, I am not forgetting my belly dancer of the month, Na’ima ‘Akef, who I have already featured. In this clip, the director combines her talent for both belly and tap dancing as he makes her play two different characters in the same scene. I really like her. She is very pretty, and a delightful dancer and actor. And I like the wacky yacht set, as well as the combination of tap with belly dance. Sad to know that she died so young (at 36 from cancer) but she managed to feature in quite a few films before she retired to look after her son and hopefully those I will post in future will not end as abruptly as this one!
